The Hardware and Home Improvement Group (HHI) is one of three Black &
Decker business units. HHI develops, manufactures, markets and sells residential
and commercial door hardware, kitchen and bath faucets, shower systems and bath
accessories under the Kwikset, Weiser, Baldwin, K2 and Price Pfister brands.
Headquartered in Orange County, California, we have a global sales force and
operate manufacturing and distribution facilities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico,
